Retail Center Growth

Shopping centers throughout the U.S. had shown an increase in tenant growth during the fourth quarter of 2011 and is expected to continue this growth through 2012.

RDU has already been experiencing this gain in tenant confidence which has also contributed to a decline of the unemployment rate.
