Bank of N.C. to complete KeySource acquisition in Q2

High Point-based Bank of North Carolina (NASDAQ: BNCN) says it expects to wrap up its acquisition of Durham-basedKeySource Commercial Bank in the second quarter.  BNC, with nearly $2.5 billion in total assets, announced the $12 million stock deal in December, explaining it wanted a bigger presence in the Triangle.
