Construction has begun on a mixed-use development in Durham, NC

Construction has begun on a mixed-use development known as the Diamond View III in Durham, North Carolina. Designed by Smith Group JJR LLC, a US-based design practice, the scheme is being developed at 359 Blackwell Street in downtown Durham within the former industrial site of American Tobacco Campus. The five-story facility will have a total area of 133,000 square feet and will accommodate Class A office space as well as retail and dining spaces on the ground floor.
