  • Ed Hoel of Cresa represented Pearson VUE in in the lease of 2,047 SF at 2520 Meridian Parkway. The landlord,  American RE Partners was represented by Sara Brown of American RE Partners.
  • Ed Hoel of Cresa represented RTP Federal Credit Union in the renewal of their 2,800 SF lease. The landlord, WRI/Raleigh LP was represented by Ken Wygle of Weingarten Realty.

2010

  • Cresa has been chosen as the commercial real estate team to spearhead the development of a new, $1.7 million master plan for Research Triangle Park, the first update to the park’s master plan since the 1960s. As part of their effort, Cresa will serve on the Research Triangle Foundation’s board of directors during the project.
  • The comprehensive master plan for RTP is estimated to be a 12-month project which will consider changes needed within the Park’s boundaries to ensure RTP remains a pre-eminent and globally competitive location for research and development operations and a leading global center of innovation.
  • Sam DiFranco, SIOR, CCIM, CEA of Cresa represented Roanoke River Recreation, LLC in the lease of 5,000 SF in Wake Forest located at 11216 Capital Blvd., Suite 102 for the site of their new restaurant, Sambuca Chop House.
  • Sam DiFranco, SIOR, CCIM, CEA of Cresa represented Gladwell Properties, LLC  in the purchase of a 4,176 SF medical office space located in Wake Forest, NC at 2824 Rogers Road, Suite 200.  Gladwell Properties, LLC will be leasing the property to Jason T. Gladwell, DDS.  By purchasing the property under a separate LLC entity and leasing it to his dental practice, Dr. Gladwell has cut his business’s overhead costs by more than 40% annually.
  • Sam DiFranco, SIOR, CCIM, CEA of Cresa represented Triangle Orthopedic Real Estate Group in the purchase of a 21,000 SF office space located in Apex, NC for $3.1 Million.
  • Sam DiFranco, SIOR, CCIM, CEA of Cresa represented Triangle Orthopedic Real Estate Group in the lease of a 26,000 SF office space located in Raleigh, NC at the Raleigh Medical Center. The term of the lease is eleven years.
